Lake Hickory Country Club proudly hosts the 31st Annual Pro-Am Tennis Benefit for the Family Care Center of Catawba Valley.

Your participation helps provide homeless families a safe place to stay while they work toward permanent housing.

$5000 – Helps provide the furniture and household essentials needed to make a new apartment feel like home for a family moving into our shelter.

$3000 – Helps cover the housing related costs that keep our apartments safe, functioning and available to families experiencing homelessness.

$1,000 – Helps provide critical support such as food, transportation assistance and case management.

$550 – Assists families when applying for permanent housing and paying deposits for rent and utilities.

This is Family Care Center’s largest annual fundraiser and your participating goes directly towards helping families with children experiencing homeless in our community. We thank you for your generous support.

This year we will play in a team format. You don’t want to be stranded, so grab your Best Mates and climb aboard. Come ready to serve, volley and sail away.

Tentative Schedule:

• Friday Night: Mini clinics, mixer, heavy hors’ d’oeuvres, and team draws.
• Saturday: 9:30a Everyone gathers. 10:00a – 11:30a Team Play, 11:30 – 1:00p Lunch, 1:00 – 2:30p – Play, BREAK UNTIL 3, 3:00 – 4:30p – Play.
• Saturday Evening: Come back and party with the Pro’s at Elijah Brown’s in your best YACHT ROCK ATTIRE. Dress like you own the marina and the tennis club.
• Sunday: Finals and Pro’s exhibition.
